I am thankful I was introduced to April when I wanted to sell 2 investment properties in Lee County. I live out of state in Arizona and had 2 homes in Lee County I needed to sell. I haven’t seen the properties in over 15 years. April has a deep knowledge of the market and she checks all the boxes for a "service first” real estate experience. The most important qualities she possess are great communication and responsiveness. I don’t need to over state how important these are normally, but add a 2 or 3 hour time difference in the mix.
